Great question but hard to answer for someone who has never used CBD products before. The best rule in regards to the three choices offered is that 1000mg would be for mild-moderate ailments, 1500mg would be for moderate to severe ailments, and 2000mg would be for severe-acute ailments.
Will this give me a high?
The simple answer would be NO, it will not give you a "high". This is a Full Spectrum CBD oil meaning that it reaps all the benefits of all the plant matter from the hemp plant which does include THC. Hemp is very high in CBD and very low in THC so even though there is THC in this product it's so minor it will not affect you at all.
