If this is your first time using a CBD product one of the things you will ask when you receive it is "how much do I use". This is a great question but not an easy one to answer. Because everyone is different on a biological level, what might work for you might not work for your friend. This means that when you start dosing we always tell our customers to start low and gradually work your way up until you find your "happy spot" and you get relief from whatever ailment you are challenged with. We suggest 1/5 of the eyelet dropper, once a day. If you have not found relief after 3 days then up your dosage by 1/5 a dropper.
