I ordered some gummies (terrible name) from them, my first time order. When I put in my ship-to address, I inadvertently put in the WRONG city (it was programmed into my browser, as I am staying in BC but my main residence in in Ontario)... off went my order... to nowhere. I immediately blamed them and even said RUDE things to them... only to find it out it was MY fault... and I was being a jerk. But, their rep quickly solved the problem and rushed me out a new set (they didn't re-charge me for shipping, which they SHOULD have...). Well done... sorry and... well forgive me?
