What are the potential side effects of Hemp CBD Oil Canada?
There really are not that many. CBD is a plant-based compound that's not known to cause any serious side effects. You may experience mild drowsiness or dry mouth. Some people report a headache and if that's the case you might be taking too much.

Dosing:
If you are brand new to CBD the best method for dosing is low and slow. Everyone has a different makeup in their body. Some people react better than others. The label does give you a dosing guideline but I like to microdose to begin with. You start with 5 drops twice a day the first day and ideally, you log how you feel 45 minutes after your dosage. The next week you may increase to 10 drops twice a day. Keep increasing your dosage gradually week by week until you feel the desired relief. At a certain point taking more than you need will not do you any better. We are looking for a sweet spot. This is more time consuming doing it this way but it's a good way to know what your personal dosage should be. DO NOT stop using over a 30 day period. Some people need to build up CBD in their body so please do not stop after a few days if you do not notice a difference.

How to Dose:
This is a sublingual product meaning you would put it under your tongue and leave it there for about 60-90 seconds so it can absorb into your bloodstream. Do not eat or drink anything for 10 minutes after taking the CBD oil. You can also enjoy the CBD oil in a drink of choice or food making it the perfect additive! Typically you would start feeling the effects within 20-30 minutes.
