If you experience moderate-severe ailments and you have used CBD then this 1500mg is a great dosage for you.
We suggest you start low and slow with dosage when first trying it out. There is a dropper in the bottle and each dropper contains 1ml of oil. We suggest when first starting out to use about 1/2 or even less of a dropper full of the solution, place under the tongue for a minute and then swallow. After a week of this routine if you think you need to increase it then slowly start increasing it. You could get to a point where you take a full dropper in the morning and also one at night. If this is the case then you might need to move up in dosage.
