If this is your first time taking CBD, then this 750mg CBD tincture is a great starting dosage for you. We suggest you start low and slow with dosage when first trying it out. There is a dropper in the bottle and each dropper full contains 1ml of oil. We suggest when first starting out to use about 1/2 or even less of a dropper full of the solution. Place under the tongue to dissolve for a minute and then swallow. After a week of this routine if you think you need to increase it, then slowly start increasing it. You could get to a point where you take a full dropper in the morning and also one at night. If this is the case then you might feel the need to try a stronger mg option.
